Zenlayer introduces API layer to streamline multi-model AI connectivity

Hyperconnected cloud company Zenlayer released the AI Gateway, an intelligent API service providing universal low-latency access to large language model (LLM) and AI service worldwide.
The offering aims to take the complexity out of integrating and managing disparate AI models through a single interface, streamlining work for developers and businesses.
Based on Zenlayer’s global private network with 300+ edge nodes, it boasts ultra low latency and intelligent routing for optimal performance.
AI Gateway accommodates cutting-edge models such as ChatGPT, Claude, as well as your own models with multi-provider aggregation to provide the highest availability and failover for services.
“Zenlayer AI Gateway breaks down barriers between models, regions, and providers, giving developers a seamless entry point to the world’s best AI resources,” says Joe Zhu, Founder & CEO of Zenlayer. “It’s how we turn connectivity into intelligence and help power the future of global AI.”
Early adopters have seen noticeable improvements such as lower developer effort (30%), latency improvement (50%) and cost savings (20%).
The offering comes with token-based pay-as-you-go pricing, and will extend support to new models and governance features.
