Armada and LTIMindtree alliance targets real-world edge AI in sovereign and disconnected environments

Armada and LTIMindtree have partnered for the global expansion of edge AI, sovereign AI, and federated learning.

Armada will combine its Galleon modular data centers and Armada Edge Platform (AEP), with LTIMindtree’s delivery and digital transformation expertise.

The collaboration aims to assist the manufacturing, healthcare and energy industries so they can manage sophisticated AI workloads on the edge in compliance with data sovereignty and privacy.

“Our work with LTIMindtree strengthens Armada’s ability to help enterprises accelerate AI adoption at the edge,” says Pradeep Nair, founding CTO of Armada. “Combining Armada Edge Platform with LTIMindtree’s delivery and integration capabilities will enable more organizations to deploy real-world AI with full governance over their data and infrastructure.”

Highlights include sovereign AI for data control, federated learning for secure model training and edge AI for immediate intelligence in harsh surroundings.

The partnership is a response to the difficulty of managing mission-essential, large-scale workloads remotely in disconnected environments.

LTIMindtree will use its global customer network to take Armada deeper into new markets. The alliance is focused on responsible and scalable AI adoption that will transform industries.

Last month Armada partnered with energy tech firm NOV for AI-driven edge solutions for industrial operations.
