FusionLayer’s Xverse targets automation bottlenecks in edge cloud management

Network automation and digital infrastructure intelligence firm FusionLayer recently published an EMA Impact Brief showcasing the potential of its Xverse platform to revolutionize management of edge cloud services with automation and security.
Xverse aims to automate setup, deployment and lifecycle management of distributed edge environments which shortens deployment time from weeks to minutes. It will also boost security via its own secure ports, avoiding exposing the public internet and reducing necessary on-site visits.
“The EMA report confirms our vision for Xverse as a game-changer in edge cloud management,” says Juha Holkkola, CEO of FusionLayer. “Many organizations face difficulties in managing distributed edge sites. Xverse simplifies this with a zero-touch solution that automates provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management. It also establishes the groundwork for AI factories’ digital infrastructures where edge, cloud, and AI workloads operate seamlessly together.”
Xverse is set to adopt an AI-powered lifecycle management mechanism to optimize the performance and reliability of edge services. The offering optimizes the efficiency of automating and scaling out edge infrastructure, eliminating constraining lock-in (hardware, software or cloud) inherent in many other IoT systems.
FusionLayer is running proof-of-concept projects with strategic customers ahead of launching Xverse later in 2025, while it specializes in network automation and digital infrastructure intelligence to deliver AI-assisted, edge-to-cloud ecosystems for next-generation intelligent services.
