Duos Edge AI targets underserved U.S. regions with 15 new data centers by 2025

Duos Edge AI, a subsidiary of Duos Technologies Group, plans to deploy 15 edge data centers (EDCs) across the U.S. by the end of 2025 to address the growing demand for low-latency data processing.
The company is partnering with Accu-Tech for U.S.-based manufacturing and distribution, ensuring a reliable supply chain and faster deployment timelines.
Duos Edge AI has identified nine EDC placements and is finalizing agreements in multiple markets, focusing on underserved communities in Texas, the Midwest, and the Southeast.
These modular EDCs are SOC 2 Type II compliant, feature N+1 architecture, and include dual backup generators for high reliability.
“Through our partnership with Accu-Tech, we are executing with speed, precision, and reliability,” says Doug Recker, President and Founder of Duos Edge AI. “We’ve commercially identified at least nine EDC placements and are finalizing real estate and contractual agreements across multiple markets. These facilities will serve as high-density, resilient digital hubs that support education, emergency services, AI development, and more – right where they’re needed most.”
Duos Edge AI’s solutions are designed to be scalable, with rapid 90-day deployment and proximity to end users (within 12 miles), enhancing performance and reducing latency.
Accu-Tech’s involvement helps Duos Edge AI remain resilient against global supply chain disruptions and market volatility.
The initiative aligns with Duos Edge AI’s mission to bring advanced technology to underserved communities, optimizing digital access and supporting future technologies.
Duos Edge AI also announced that they are partnering with Region 3 Education Service Center to deploy a new EDC in Victoria, Texas. The EDC will serve 37 school districts, providing low-latency access to critical workloads and enhancing educational connectivity.
