BBT.live and Advantech team up to boost SME edge connectivity
Security connectivity platform BBT.live’s BeBroadband as a Service and Advantech, an industrial IoT and network solutions provider, are partnering in a bid to advance the landscape of edge connectivity solutions for SMEs.
With the collaboration, BeBroadband as a Service is now available preloaded on Advantech edge devices.
The partnership brings BBT.live’s subscription-based connectivity and security platform, based on SD-WAN/SASE technologies, to Advantech’s edge devices without the need for service providers to install the solution software.
Both companies note that the full line of Advantech products can be preloaded, with the FWA-1112VC and FWA-1212VC edge devices, ensuring that clients can order Advantech’s SD-WAN/SASE/SSE edge devices directly preloaded with BeBroadband Inside.

Advantech is known for its network appliances, and as a result, the company plans to leverage the collaboration to streamline deployment for its global customers. Through the partnership, Advantech says it will further boost its SD-WAN and SASE ecosystem, to provide ready-to-deploy solutions for secured connectivity and multi-cloud access of businesses worldwide.

BeBroadband is designed for service providers to deliver as a managed service to their business customers. The solution includes Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), cyber security, cloud based managed connectivity, WAN optimization, the full life-cycle, one pane of glass management and orchestration.
According to both companies, direct worldwide shipping is now available from Advantech in Taiwan and other manufacturing locations.
