SiMa.ai and Wind River unite to power real-time edge AI across critical industries
SiMa.ai and intelligent edge provider, Wind River have partnered to create an integrated hardware and software solution for next-generation edge AI applications.
The solution combines SiMa.ai’s MLSoC platform with Wind River’s eLxr Pro, offering developers a seamless, customizable, and secure environment for AI/ML development.
The collaboration targets industries like robotics, industrial automation, medical, automotive, aerospace, and defense, addressing AI needs including generative AI.
SiMa.ai’s MLSoC platform features Palette, a unified software development environment for effortless AI application creation, building, and deployment. Wind River’s eLxr Pro, based on a Debian derivative, provides enterprise-grade support, security, and reliability for cloud-to-edge deployments. The combined solution was showcased at the Embedded Vision Summit in May 2025.
