Kyndryl, Elastic partner to provide a unified approach to data management from cloud to edge
Kyndryl, an IT infrastructure services provider, has partnered with Elastic, a provider of search-powered platforms. The collaboration will let Kyndryl offer its customers a unified approach to data management. It will help them overcome hurdles and improve their ability to access and gain insights at scale from their business data, the companies said.
The partnership between Kyndryl and Elastic will allow customers to search and analyze data stored in the cloud and edge computing settings. Kyndryl and Elastic will collaborate on joint solutions and delivery capabilities designed to provide deep, frictionless observability at all application, service, and infrastructure levels to address customer data analytics and IT operations management challenges.
Kyndryl’s worldwide team of data management experts will participate in the global Elastic certification program. This certificate aims to expand expertise in advising, implementing and managing Elastic solutions across critical IT projects and business operations.

By using Kyndryl’s data framework and toolkits and Elastic’s enterprise search, observability, and security solutions, the firms can offer customers large-scale IT operations and AIOps capabilities. For example, they can now streamline migration, modernize infrastructure and tenant management and use AI development for efficient and proactive IT management.
Through this partnership, Kyndryl and Elastic aim to provide customers with efficient solutions in the following areas:

- Allowing Kyndryl to manage the full stack infrastructure and analytics workloads for IT operations provides users with more flexibility.
