Adlink unveils edge AI platforms powered by Nvidia Jetson Orin modules

Adlink Technology Inc, an edge computing and AI solution provider has introduced the DLAP-211-Orin Series and DLAP-411-Orin industrial-grade edge AI platforms. According to the company, these platforms provide an eight times improvement in AI performance and up to 275 TOPS of AI inference capabilities.

Adlink says these systems are engineered for performance and durability and are ideal for various applications, including smart cities, retail environments, security operations, factories and manufacturing facilities.

Nick Lin, the product manager of edge computing platforms BU at Adlink Technology, says the  “platforms are primed to emerge as unrivaled AI powerhouses, empowering Aglnk’s customers with speedy deployment and reducing time-to-market entry.”

According to Adlink, the DLAP-211-Orin Series and DLAP-411-Orin are equipped with Nvidia Jetson Orin AI system-on-modules. They offer AI processing capabilities for real-time decision-making in data-intensive applications, and the company claims the fanless systems are suited for harsh industrial environments.

Adlink further notes that the DLAP platforms have many applications, from license plate recognition to shopper behavior analysis. They provide sensor integration and work with various software development kits for AI deployment and remote power management. Adlink Edge Vision Analytics (EVA) and EdgeGO are exclusive SDK tools for vision AI model training and device management.

Earlier this year, Adlink organized the EdgeOpen Consortium to bring industry experts and ecosystem partners to explore co-creation opportunities. Adlink aims to expand its edge computing, edge AI, and visualization expertise through collaborations with companies like Nvidia, Foxconn, TTTech Auto, NXP and MediaTek.

These partnerships led to the development of solutions such as portable GPU accelerators and swarm autonomy for intelligent robotics. Additionally, Adlink received a strategic investment from TTTech Auto, resulting in the launch of Zetta Auto, a solution for in-vehicle and V2X communication.
